For sale a 1 year old 5t SWL Demag crane. The electric overhead traveling crane built in Demag’s Banbury factory just prior to it becoming Konecranes Demag. Only last month we carried out the crane’s first Report of Thorough Examination and as you would expect of a crane that has hardly been put into service, it passed with flying colours.

The cranes span is 20,000mm and it travels a full 37,000mm down shop, the floor to rail height is 4000mm. The Dematic hoist itself is a Demag EK-DMR-5-5-H20/10-4/1-Z-VO.7/4-415/50-CC-V6.3/25-300 D2. The end carriages have a traveling speed of 20 and 5 meters per minute. 5 meters being the creep speed.

The crane can be sold as it is or shortened to fit your factory’s existing rails. If you do not currently have crane rails, we can supply it will free standing gantry crane support steelwork. The Magnetek FLEX radio remote control is also an option.
