Our fully adjustable hoist end stops. Perfect for all single girder cranes we manufacture or install, uniquely we can accurately limit the hoists cross travel. One end stop is placed at at each end of the cranes beam, offering maximum hook side to side travel.
If required they can limit a crane hoists side approach, if an obstruction is there, or give the maximum cross travel allowable and can be adjusted after installation of the crane on site very precisely. We also use them during the transportation of cranes to prevent movement of the hoists on the cranes beam.
The stops also have the added advantage of being fully adjustable, additionally no fabrication is required on site. Suitable on flange widths up to 300mm and 6.3 tonnes safe working load, hence covering 70% of all gantry cranes sold in the UK.
